Warranty Return Authorization

WRA Instructions and Proceedures
A Distributor requesting an WRA for potential warranty claim is required to complete the below WRA request form. If all areas are not completed, the form will not go through to Esteam. All fields in Line 1 require requested information. Ex: Serial # or NA requires either the Serial # of the faulty item or NA if it doesn’t have one.

Once Esteam has received your request for an WRA number, it will be reviewed by the Service/Warranty Manager. Upon approval, an WRA number will be issued to you on the form submitted, and returned by email to you.

Please return the defective item(s) to the Esteam factory for warranty analysis, by prepaid ground freight as per the Esteam Warranty. Please include a copy of the completed WRA document with the product being returned. Write the WRA number on the outside of the packaging the defective part is being returned in.

Due to time sensitivity of some products, all WRA items must be returned within 30 days of WRA issue date, or warranty on the item(s) will be denied.

Any item(s) sent without an WRA number will be returned freight collect upon receiving.
